Presented by Frankie Lee of Victoria Australia . Thanks to Herman for his assistance. IMPORTANT NOTE : Blocking an incoming top spin ball will reverse the ball to your opponent with a down spin , you need to watch the speed of the incoming ball and adjust your bat position with foot work in action , if the speed is fast , hold you bat verticaly close more to your body , the faster the speed the more spin reversal to be returned to your opponent , try to adjust your bat angle to let the ball returned to the corner of the table, stay close to the table and watch the ball . You may use a side spin stroke to block the incoming ball to the Opposite direction of your opponent's serve or return , the ball will normally goes to the corner and make your opponent's return more difficult and consequently making mistakes. Long Pimple Rubber with a sponge will have less spin reversal effects but the ball will return much faster , a Long Pimple Rubber OX is good for blocking , attacking and control . it is recommended to go with an All Round Blade or a blade with slow speed. Hope you will enjoy playing with a Long Pimple Rubber OX as I do , Good Luck !!
