Table Tennis Training - Use of Long Pimple Rubber OX - Chopping ( in Action 02)

Table Tennis Training - Long Pimple Rubber OX in Action 2 ( Chopping ) 乒乓球訓練 - 長膠OX (沒海棉) 的運用方法 02 Presented by Frankie Lee of Victoria Australia . Thanks to Albert for his assistance. IMPORTANT NOTE : Chop the incoming ball to the corner of the table by a side way stroke to your opponent's forehand or backhand position ( to the Opposite direction of your Opponent's serve or return ) Use a vertical block chop to return the incoming ball to the centre of the table , adjust your chopping angle to let the ball landed just over the net if possible . The harder and deeper angle you chopped the more spin reversal to be returned. The best timing and position to chop the ball is when it is falling to the ground with the force of the gravity and it will return a stronger spin reversal to the other side of the table. You can attack the 3 ball immediately after the chop by a flat hit or push . Playing OFF the table for chopping is sometimes to the disadvantage of a pimple rubber player as the ball returned is slower and is easier to get attacked by your opponent , a combination of the strategy with close to the table defence may make your opponent more difficult to handle your ball Thank you for watching and Good Luck !!
