The Use of Long Pimple Rubber OX

Introduction :
The use of Long Pimple Rubber OX ( no Sponge )  is different from the use of Inverted Rubbers , long pimple rubbers will return any ball with a reversed spin, a down spin to a top spin , a top spin to a down spin, a left side spin to a right side spin , you will see in these demonstration videos of how a serve is to be received and the basic technique of attacking and defense against Inverted rubbers.

I hope these demonstration videos will give you some guide line as to how to use a Long Pimple Rubber OX and will help you to build up a good skill of your own style by having practice.
