Table Tennis Training - Use of Long Pimple Rubbers - Receiving Serves (in Action 05)

Table Tennis Training - The Use Of Long Pimple Rubber OX in Action 05 乒乓球訓練 - 長膠OX (沒海棉) 的運用方法 05 Receiving Serves by Long Pimple Rubbers Please turn on your speakers Presented by Frankie Lee of Victoria, Australia Thank you for Mr. K.Y. Wong and John Hee of CAV for their assistance in this video. IMPORTANT NOTES :- When you receive a serve ( side spin, top spin or down spin ) , please return the ball to the OPPOSITE direction of your opponent's serve in a same stroke preferably, to avoid the ball going out of the table , this action is to counter and alleviate the spin or force generated by your opponent's serve, observe the hand movement of the serve and take appropriate action accordingly. In short , if your opponent serves a ball with Clockwise stroke, then you have to return the incoming ball using a Clockwise Stroke and likewise for the serve with an Anit-Clockwise stroke, return the ball with an Anti-Clockwise stroke , return the ball to the direction where the incoming ball comes from , for advance player, the ball can also be returned to other direction by using the same stroke together with a good footwork and adjusted angle . For a serve with a down spin , lift the ball over the net with a scooping action For a serve with a side spin , return the ball with either Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise side spin stroke depends upon the way how your opponent has served. ( to the direction where the ball comes from to avoid the ball going out of the table ) For a top spin serve , return the ball with a push , side spin ,flat hit or just roll it over . Always return your serve at the ball's highest point Practice always makes perfect , Good Luck !!
